Two International Finance Centre (2 IFC), Hong Kong, China, 415 m
Hong Kong’s tallest tower, the 88-storey 2 IFC had the region’s highest Alimak hoists operating throughout construction, travelling to a final mast height of 353 m at the 85 th storey. In total, seven Alimak hoists worked the 415 m high tower: four Alimak twin-cage Scando Super FC 24/37C on the outside of the tower and a further three compact Alimak CH 14/24’s inside the building’s lift shafts.
