Remote Monitoring

A3 is Alimak Hek’s new online system for remote control of vertical access equipment, collecting operational information and data, such as time and number of starts and stops, hours in operation, etc. Depending on the control system used it can also serve as a fault tracing device, tracing faults for quick and easy action in order to keep down-time to a minimum. Information is fed via
the Internet, e-mail or on-line, or via cell phones to the supervisor.
